The Muddy Stilettos Awards are the UK’s biggest celebration of independent lifestyle businesses, with over 11 million votes cast across 21 categories in 35 counties. Out of 105 finalists in our region, our little glamping gem in Oakham stood out brilliantly in the Boutique Stay category.

What the win means to us
Taking home this regional accolade is more than just a trophy—it’s a testament to the passion and dedication poured into every detail:

• Crafting luxurious hides in apple orchards with views over Rutland Water
• Creating magical Stargazer tents that let guests sleep beneath the stars
• Providing cosy shepherd’s huts, complete with en‑suite comforts, fire pits and romantic ambiance

It’s about creating memorable experiences—and seeing our guests’ faces each morning makes it all worthwhile.

Thank you for backing us
This win wouldn’t be possible without our amazing community. To every guest, voter, and social supporter who helped shine a light on The Hide: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your votes and kind words have made this dream come true.
